Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my pre-order?
The current estimated ship-out dates are the first week of April or sooner.
Depending on where you are, once orders are processed it will take 5-7 additional business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
How long will the straps take to produce?
4 - 6 weeks.
What is the cut off date for pre-orders?
Tuesday 21st February 2023.
When will the prices increase?
As soon as we close the pre-order sale/we sell out of our first batch of inserts.
We can only produce a certain amount due to the constraints on manufacturing the 316 Stainless Steel Inserts.
Can't you just make more straps?
Not so simple, we are working with 4 different manufacturers. Each has their own time schedule.
The most time-consuming part to create is the 316 Stainless Steel insert.
Can I change the colour strap after ordering?
You have up until the end of March to make any changes to your order or cancel and request a refund. (Pre-order customers only who ordered between 14th Feb to 21st Feb)
Colour changes may not be guaranteed as we will be producing quantities based on the volume of orders placed during the pre-order window.
If changing to a more expensive strap, there will be an additional fee.
Will you be releasing more colour options?
At this time, only 6 colours will be available. We have no immediate plans to bring out new colours.
Can you post a picture of the colour combination I want?
We sure can, just shoot us a DM on Instagram.
If we have the case you have then it won't be an issue.
We can also work some photoshop magic to give you an idea of what it might look like (photos only).
How close are the colours to the final product?
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with all the images on the website.
However, displays are calibrated differently so some colours may look more vivid, lighter, or darker on screen than they do to someone else or the physical product in hand.
An IPhone user may see the colours differently to an Android user, a Samsung user may see the colours different to a Xiaomi user.
This is out of our control. If it helps, we shoot all photos and videos on an iPhone 14 Pro.
QuestWhat is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the strap to us in an unworn condition.
