Shipping Policy

All non pre-orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders will ship according to the time frames laid out on the product pages. The PRX 40mm will begin shipping in the first week of April 2023.

To secure an allocation, you must pre-order before the end of Tuesday 21st February 2022. 

We will update any changes to the timeline here, on socials and on the home page.

Domestic & International Express Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Unexpected shipping delays from our carriers are out of our control. We will always update you as and when we are notified of delays to shipping. 

International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. We (AERSY LTD) are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Estimated Taxes and Duties will be displayed in the checkout for your convenience. We also offer shipping options with include those costs so you don't need to deal with them yourself. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@rubberwatchstraps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to your PO Box we will issue a refund.

Due to the current economic environment, shipping prices can increase drastically with little to no notice. We reserve the right to withhold shipment, refund or to charge additional shipping charges if the cost of shipping to your location is prohibitively expensive.
