Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. In the unfortunate event, If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included and undamaged. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition. There will be an additional restocking fee of 20% of the order value for incorrect returns. Items returned that are not in their original condition or are in an unsellable condition will be subject to a 50% fee as we will be unable to resell them.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@rubberwatchstraps.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that return shipping costs, insurance and packaging are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exceptions to the 14-day return policy:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Sale and heavily discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
